My wellness journey began in childhood learning the impact of food & plants on health. This led to a career in public health, food safety & the study of medicinal plants.
Falling in love with tea has been a lifelong dance. The health benefits and delicious flavors inspired me to create an herbal apothecary & tea company. The universe brought about a metamorphosis in my life that could not have been predicted - a Swan transformation.
